It appears that Adguard includes a potentially incompatible WFP driver that cause seemingly random crashes in NetIO.sys. I do not have a consistent trigger for the issue.
Been battling this BSOD for a while and cannot track it down.I used Whocrashed and each error mostly reads the same:
'crash dump file: C:WINDOWSMinidump121315-10796-01.dmp This was probably caused by the following module: netio.sys (0xFFFFF8004BE5DC72) Bugcheck code: 0xD1 (0x50, 0x2, 0x0, 0xFFFFF8004BE5DC72) Error: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL file path: C:WINDOWSsystem32driversnetio.sys product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System company: Microsoft Corporation description: Network I/O Subsystem Bug check description: This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory at a process IRQL that was too high. This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem. The crash took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver on your system that cannot be identified at this time. ' Anyone know how I would track down the problematic driver? I have dealt with this issue before but it seemed to go away on it's own for a few months then started happening again. The only change I can recall is updated Nvidia drivers - anyone have those causing such issues?

Analysis of the full memory dump implicated the nvmf6264.sys, which is the NVIDIA network adapter driver. This driver appeared to access, and perhaps corrupt, memory ahead of other drivers such as the vsdatant.sys (ZoneAlarm), avgtdia.sys (AVG), and the NETIO.SYS amongst other drivers.
Mar 07, 2016 It only happens with windows 10, because the driver is not (100%) compatible with windows 10. The most drivers are getting compatible within a few months after the release of a new windows version and I see that the driver is last updated in June. Firstly some context, I recently started to run Windows 10 and did this by upgrading from Windows 8, I personally hate upgrading and would have rather done a clean install but decided to go the way of an upgrade.

Workaround: Disable the WFP driver in Adguard. Additionally the test release mentioned in the first link may actually resolve the issue but that is an unknown as far as I'm concerned. By disabling the driver it can't automatically filter certain applications like Windows Edge and Modern UI based apps.
